The Headquarters is sited in Ceranesi (Genoa) since 1984 but the Group has continuously under-changed.
In 1994 the management placed a production site in Veneto, now under a nice industrial building in Vazzola (Treviso), where all the “custom made” production for the catering Division are produced.
Two years later they found Enviai, a Company specialized in glass wall and windows for ships and buildings.
SI&M became a P.Group Company in 2006.

- Catering Division is the unquestioned leader in the naval market of “turn key” plants, while Inoxking is the leader in the production of furniture, refrigerator cabinets, self-service and custom made bar counter.
Pmec and Italcabin Divisions suggest products for the passenger cabins set up.
All products made are certified for the maximum fire resistance respecting the top quality of environment in which they are used.
- Mark Division realised prefabricated stainless steel blocks for penitentiary buildings.

It’s the society specialised in window and door frames, windows and and sky walls.
All products realised are complied with the more strict naval and terrestrial rules.
The quality of the products and of the services offered are appreciated all around the world. The firm is continuously engaged in Spain, Saudi Arabia, France and Italy both for naval furniture and for the realisation of important buildings.

It’s in the ship market for the naval maintenance of catering plant for passenger ship anf Ferries of the main ship owners in the world, activity carried out together with the representation of important products like GICO kitchen, RATIONAL ovens, NILMA, HOBART equipment just to quote some of them.

Il gruppo industriale ha sede nello stabilimento di Ceranesi dal 1984 e nel corso degli anni la società ha avuto una continua evoluzione.
Nel 1994 vede la nascita del primo insediamento veneto della Holding, oggi ben collocato nello stabilimento di Vazzola (Treviso).
In questo sito si producono principalmente gli arredi “su misura” per la divisione Catering della Precetti.
Due anni dopo viene costituita Enviai specializzata nelle forniture di vetrate per il settore edilizio e navale.
SI&M è entrata a far parte del gruppo nel 2006.

- La divisione Catering è leader indiscussa per la realizzazione nel mercato navale di impianti catering “turn key”, mentre Inoxking lo è per la produzione di mobili, frigo, self service e banchi bar “custom made”.
Le divisioni Pmec e Italcabin propongono prodotti per l’allestimento di cabine passeggeri per le navi.
I prodotti realizzati sono certificati per la massima resistenza alla propagazione del del fuoco nel rispetto dell’elevata qualità abitativa degli ambienti nei quali sono utilizati.
- La divisione Mark realizza blocchi detentivi modulari prefabbricati in lamiera di acciaio per edifici penitenziari.

I prodotti realizzati sono conformi alle più severe normative nazionali e internazionali sia in campo navale che quello terrestre.

E’ presente sul mercato navale per la manutenzione degli impianti catering delle navi passeggeri , Ferries, e dei principali armatori del mondo, attività che a terra svolge congiuntamente alla rappresentanza di importanti prodotti quali le cucine di GICO, i forni RATIONAL, le apparecchiature NILMA, HOBART, per citarne alcuni.
